Winner of the 2025 TIADA Quality Dealer of the Year award, Cesar Stark, was recently nominated for the 2026 NIADA Quality Dealer of the Year award as he continues his commitment to excellence in the Texas independent automotive industry.

As the CEO of S&S Motors in El Paso, Texas, Cesar has remained a prominently established leading figure for decades championing dealer education, collaboration and advocacy. He has served as President of the El Paso Independent Automobile Dealers Association since 2020. In addition, Cesar has been a member of TIADA since 2011 and has served as Treasurer since 2025, as well as a Board of Directors member. With over twenty-nine years of experience in the automotive sector, including roles in insurance agencies and dealership management, he is known for his integrity, transparency and deep dedication to his customers and his community.

The National Quality Dealer Award was created in 1976 to recognize independent automotive dealers who exemplify excellence in the industry, provide consistent outstanding customer service, and promote strong community involvement.
