About the Presenter

As the leader of customized in-dealership coaching & training in the automotive industry, Jay works with your business and your team to create your own dynamic Sales, Management, F&I, BDC, Retail Used or BHPH training program that will get ongoing results. Since 1988, Jay has trained over 9500 owners, managers & salespeople in Retail & BHPH.  Jay has also worked in dealerships as a salesperson, BDC Manager, Sales Manager, Wholesale Parts, Service Advisor, Sales Manager, Sr. Underwriter, Branch Manager, Collections Manager, General Sales Manager, and Vice-President of Sales & GM of Dealerships.
