 By registering as an attendee at the Texas Independent Automobile Dealers Association’s ‘BHPH Compliance Summit' seminar, I recognize that there may be an added risk of contracting COVID-19. With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, attendee agrees to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Texas Independent Automobile Dealers Association (“TIADA”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the attendee related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the hotel and/or while using any hotel facilities and amenities.
