TIADA CPO Program FAQs

TIADA CPO Program Powered by NIADA* Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need to Be A TIADA Member to Participate?

Yes! Your dealership will need to be a current TIADA member to be considered for the CPO Program. No worries though if you’re not yet a member. It takes just a few minutes to join.

How Do I Know If My Dealership Qualifies?

Great question. Any dealership can qualify, it is more about making sure the TIADA CPO program is right for your dealership. There are two programs to choose from:

  • Short-term Limited Warranty (12 month), with a Service Contract upsell option, OR
  • Limited Warranty only. Minimum term of 36 month/50,000 miles

What is Considered a CPO Vehicle?

Every TIADA CPO vehicle must meet the following requirements:
  • 7 years old or newer
  • 95,000 miles or less
  • No previous accidents per CarFax or AutoCheck report
  • Must pass a 125-point inspection

Does every vehicle on my lot have to be a CPO Vehicle?

Absolutly not, only 40 to 50 percent of inventory will qualify for most dealers.

Who does the 125-point inspection?

Each dealer is responsible for completing his own 125-point inspection that meets the TIADA CPO inspection list.

How do I market my TIADA CPO vehicles?
Just contact Burrell Printing, our TIADA CPO Marketing Supplies Provider, to order window clings, desk pads or flags. Or you can download and print your own materials.
