In this one day workshop, we will roll up our sleeves and work on your sales processes. Justin Osburn is a 20 Group moderator and dealer consultant with the NIADA, and his focus is on retail and special finance independent dealers.

  • Turn Over- This small but vital step in the sales process is often overlooked. Learn how not to do that.
  • Car Down- No more dragging customers all over the lot, all day long. Quickly and accurately get to the right vehicle, and to the demo.
  • Close and Follow Up- Identifying obstacles, asking for the sale, and customer retention.
