TIADA Welcomes Legislators to Its 2021 Annual Conference

Every year, TIADA welcomes legislators to speak at our association's annual conference. This year, we are incredibly proud to be hosting a group of six remarkable officials scheduled to attend our event at the Kalahari Resort. These guests include the Vice-Chair of Senate Transportation three representatives who sit on the House Transportation Committee.

These officials will be speaking on the important issues affecting our organization and your business. As you know, TIADA has been working around the clock with these and other local leaders to represent the collective interests of independent dealers across the state of Texas. When you attend our conference, we encourage you to take the time to get to know these legislators a bit better in person.

Senator Kel Seliger, who represents constituents from the Panhandle to the Permian Basin, serves as the Vice-Chair of the Senate Transportation Committee, among other crucial roles. The state representatives we will host at the conference include Dustin Burrows, Ryan Guillen, Brooks Landgraf, Armando “Mando” Maritnez, and Glenn Rogers.

Burrows, Representative for House District 38, works to represent individuals and small business in a veriety of industries throughout his district. Guillen, Representative to House District 31, is a staunch advocate for creating jobs and cutting taxes. Landgraf, who represents District 81, has been championed as “a proven…leader and a strong voice for the people of West Texas.” District 39 Representative Martinez is committed to developing infrastructure for his constituents to advance employment in the Rio Grande Valley. Representative Rogers, of District 60, has throughout his life been a dedicated member and advocate of his church and community.
