Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic came to Texas, we have been having tough conversations about what to do with our 2020 TIADA Conference & Expo. Our main concern has always been the safety of our attendees, sponsors, staff and everyone involved. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to not hold an in-person Conference this year. We believe it's the right decision at this time for the safety of all involved.
However, we see this as a unique opportunity for TIADA to bring the spirit of the Conference back to our members in a different way—with the association's first ever virtual TIADA Conference & Expo.
The team behind the Conference has some exciting plans in the works, which we'll be announcing in the coming weeks. What I can tell you for now is that, just like in past, you can count on over 20 hours of education, some lively dealer roundtable discussions and plenty of Q&A sessions. And in case you're wondering about the Expo, yes, it's still on—and due to our fantastic sponsors, you can expect it to be as big as ever. As an attendee, you'll have an opportunity to visit booths at the virtual Expo Hall, network with sponsors and be entered to win some great prizes and giveaways.
Here at TIADA, we're looking forward to our first ever virtual Conference and we want you to be a part of it. In fact, you can attend all the Education for just $250, and the Expo is free. Simply go to the TIADA Conference & Expo website to register.
In the meantime, stay well, stay tuned, and thank you for your continued support and involvement. We look forward to seeing you in August.
