March Madness Is Here: 5 Days Left To Be Entered To Win Dealer Registration To 2020 TIADA Conference & Expo, Hotel Stay

March Madness is in full swing at TIADA! And it's no surprise the bracket submissions are trickling into the state office—this year's winner will score one dealer registration to the 2020 TIADA Conference & Expo (August 16-18) and two nights hotel stay at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio.
 
Aside from entering to win, the bracket is also an opportunity to take a trip down memory lane and check out some of the milestones the association, along with its members, have achieved over the years.
 
"Reading the brackets was a blast and a lot tougher than I thought it would be to pick winners! A lot has happened in the past 75 Years! Very glad to have been a part of it!" said Mark Brown of Red Carpet Auto Sales Co. in San Antonio.

How can TIADA dealer members participate? It's easy. Download the bracket submission form and select the year you think was the best year for TIADA in each matchup. The option chosen by most members in each matchup will advance. Two points will be awarded for each correct pick in Round 1, four points in Round 2, six points for the next round and finally eight points if you select the winner.
  
The competition is stiff for this year's bracket. For Mark Brown, 2006 is the sure winner. "Pre-licensing education or named driver-only insurance policies are huge, but as far as where we were and where we are, the addition of Jeff Martin was the single most important event that transformed the Association!" 

Yolanda Fraga with King of Cars in Pasadena has another year pegged as the champ.  “We've been members since 2014 and I thought I knew all there was to know about TIADA. I was wrong! It was great to learn more about TIADA's history over the past 16 years. The legislative efforts, including the passage of SB 1235 and the first TIADA Day at the Capitol were just a couple of reasons 2009 is the winner in our book.”

The winner of TIADA's March Madness bracket will be announced on April 2, 2020 in the weekly email and April issue of the Texas Dealer magazine.
