Early Voting Underway, Super Tuesday Next Week

With Early Voting well underway in Texas and super Tuesday around the corner, TIADA members are encouraged to get out to the polls. While TIADA staff and lobbyists work to maintain key relationships with state agencies and state legislators that impact the policies that affect used car dealers, members' involvement is just as important. Legislative efforts can mean significant savings annually for dealers. 
 
In the 2019 Texas Legislature general session alone, there were a number of bills that are already impacting or could have impacted our industry, which were summarized in Michael W. Dunagan's article in the September 2019 issue of the Texas Dealer magazine.
